Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 7 days after product delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Product should be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products without original packaging
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong products were delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
